This program is aimed at elderly clients who want to maintain their fitness and healthy lifestyle. We put emphasis on strengthening the center of the body, reducing weight, improving physical fitness and overall wellbeing.

The recommended training frequency is twice a week. One exercise session lasts 60 minutes.
