About REHABILITATIVE WORKOUT
The aim of the rehabilitative training is to eliminate the imbalances and pains of the musculoskeletal system, caused by sedentary lifestyle. These exercises are especially designed for people who suffer from civilization diseases, especially back pain and fatigue.
Before anybody can start doing these exercises, there’s an examination of the musculoskeletal system and diagnosis according to Traditional Chinese medicine. When the client’s health state requires, the program is also complemented by a doctor's examination.
We use a combination of rehabilitative exercises and yoga elements within this program. The sports equipment we use includes a balloon, bosu balance trainer or a rubber expander.
One workout session takes 60 minutes and its ideal frequency is 1-2 times a week.
